Earnie Williams, known as Coach E, is the founder of Automated Empire, where she helps coaches, creators, and entrepreneurs monetize their expertise through paid memberships on Skool, building sales funnels, and running online events like webinars and workshops.

She has a sharp eye for building offers, digital products, and finding creative ways to turn your knowledge into real income. Every strategy is customized to your business and your lifestyle, not a one-size-fits-all system.

Zach Pugh

Team Member

I'm Zach Pugh, a father, content creator, and entrepreneur. By day, I'm an accounting manager at a real estate investment firm; by night, I run Kaizen Bookkeeping, where I help entrepreneurs and creators understand their numbers and grow their businesses.

What I'm really passionate about is financial sovereignty. I believe everyone deserves financial literacy, so I create content that breaks down finances in a way anyone can understand.
